Delivery Areas
We deliver across India — all states and union territories. We currently ship only within India and do not offer international shipping.
Delivery Timeline
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery takes 3–5 business days for most metro cities and 5–7 business days for tier-2 and tier-3 cities.
Shipping Charges
Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 is charged. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed on the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through our logistics partner's website.
Delays & Issues
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, local holidays, or logistics disruptions. If your order is delayed beyond 10 days from dispatch, please contact our support team.
